Other:	We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2006, our Firm has changed its name to Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge. Michael Kirby and David Noonan will continue to lead the Firm (formerly Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat) well into the future. The Firm name change, however, reflects that the next generation of partners will serve more prominently in a leadership role. This generation features Charles T. Hoge, James R. Lance, Steven W. Sanchez, Theresa M. Brehl, Jonathan A. Boynton, Ethan T. Boyer, Matthew P. Nugent and Jacob M. Slania. These partners’ individual and collective talent, skill and energy will ensure the Firm’s continued success for years to come. Although the name change signifies a recognition of the respective talent, skill and energy of all the partners, the two partners to be added to the firm name are James R. Lance and Charles T. Hoge. “As the Firm plans for its long-term future, we hand over the leadership role of the Firm to partners that plan to be here beyond the next 10 years,” said Greg Post, senior partner of the Firm. “Rich Sweat and I will continue to practice at the Firm full-time and we support the effort to plan for the future and have the Firm continue as a vital part of the San Diego business and legal communities.”
