| Other: | PROCESS
The process is a centrifugal casting system, developed by KIK™ and its licensors which represents the very latest in production technology. The material is constructed by actually trapping thousands of captive air cells in an extraordinarily durable, shock absorbing polymer. The KIK™ microcellular construction eliminates any possibility of air loss or flats. We have spent years developing and perfecting these materials and technologies. The spin casting results in the tires being perfectly balanced.
MATERIALS
Our centrifugal casting of activated polyurethane chemicals results in a tough molded polymeric tire with smooth, solid outer skin and a lighter, uniformly dense porous foam core. KIK™ tires can be designed and molded to virtually any tread specification, are uniquely available in a variety of colors and won't mark floors or crack under sustained exposure to weather, and from exposure to harsh ultraviolet rays. The KIK™ tire is also impervious from exposure to many chemicals that render pneumatic rubber tires useless.
In-house mold making capabilities enables the development of a customized product for specific requirements and applications. |
