CIC has the facilities, equipment and personnel to conduct scientific surveys. The firm's central telephone room facility includes a 30 station Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) operation using SPSS-MR/Quantime Software on a Sun/SPARC 5 server. Survey data is processed on CIC’s DEC/Alpha DS10 with over 34 gigabytes of mass storage. The firm has an 800 MHz Windows 2000 based web server with 18Gb of storage and 500Mb RAM hosted off site with multiple Internet links. This equipment runs the firm's Internet based research programs using customized ASP application software. CIC's staff uses nationally known and accepted statistical software packages, SPSS and SAS, to provide quality data analysis for studies.
